Artstate Bathurst | Opening Night Photos

As the sunlight began to soften on Thursday 1st November, smoke rose up in Kings Parade, tended to by Jonathan Jones and Wiradyuri Elders. The crowd milled in the street and dancers took positions – Artstate Bathurst was finally about to begin at the foot of Wahluu on Wiradyuri country.
